Contest Tier System:
$20 for each qualified referral and a 5% monthly commission for every dollar spent by an advertiser you refer.
Tier 1 = 3-9 qualified referrals - Choose $100 cash or a single Tier 1 Prize.
Tier 2 = 10-19 qualified referrals - Choose $400 cash or single Tier 2 Prize.
Tier 3 = 20-50 qualified referrals - Choose $1,000 cash or single Tier 3 Prize.
Top Tier = 50 or more qualified referrals - Choose $5,000 cash or single Top Tier Prizes.
Grand Prize = Over 50 qualified referrals - Chance to win an SUV in The Lucky Draw.
Rules
Each qualified referral will earn a referral fee of $20 and a 5% referral commission. All bonus moneys are credited to the referrer account monthly.
Contestants who reach the minimum qualifying requirement for a prize will automatically be notified by email each month until the end of the contest period.
Contestants who qualify for any Tier, can also claim the prize, or cash, from the Tier(s) below.
Prizes must be claimed based on the tier structure by the 15th of each month.
Contestants who qualify for the Grand Prize Lucky Draw will be notified by email between July 1, 2010 and July 7, 2010.
The Lucky Draw is held on July 11, 2010.
Qualified referrals may not include referring yourself, a relative or an employee.
All statistics and amounts are calculated based on Pacific Standard Time and subject to verification.
A qualified advertiser is an advertiser who spends more than $125 with DirectCPV during the contest period.
DirectCPV may not be held liable for any loss, damages, or injury associated with accepting or using these prizes.
Bulk email distribution that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation related to this contest is expressly prohibited.
DirectCPV reserves the right to disqualify referrers for fraudulent transactions, a breach of these Rules or a breach of any statute or government regulation. DirectCPV is not obligated to pay any bonus money and reserves the right to recoup any referral fees, if it determines a referring member has committed fraudulent transactions or has violated these Rules. DirectCPV does not wave its right to pursue other remedies that may be available to it under the Advertisers Terms and Conditions or Publishers Terms and Conditions or granted to it under applicable law.
